Job Summary
The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, dispatch, and staff supervision. The role ensures efficient warehouse processes, inventory accuracy, compliance with safety standards, and timely delivery of goods while optimizing operational costs.
Key Responsibilitie
sWarehouse Operation
- sManage daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods
- .Ensure efficient utilization of warehouse space and resources
- .Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures
- .Monitor warehouse performance and identify areas for improvement
.Inventory Managemen
- tMaintain accurate inventory records and stock levels
- .Conduct regular cycle counts and annual stock audits
- .Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
- .Coordinate with procurement and sales teams regarding stock availability
.Team Managemen
- tSupervise warehouse staff, supervisors, storekeepers, and forklift operators
- .Assign tasks and monitor employee productivity
- .Conduct training and performance evaluations
- .Ensure adequate staffing levels to meet operational requirements
.Logistics & Distributio
- nCoordinate inbound and outbound shipments
- .Ensure timely order fulfillment and deliveries
- .Liaise with transport providers and suppliers
- .Monitor shipping schedules and resolve delivery issues
.Health, Safety & Complianc
- eEnsure compliance with company policies and UAE safety regulations
- .Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment
- .Conduct safety inspections and implement corrective actions
- .Ensure proper handling and storage of materials
.Reporting & Documentatio
- nPrepare warehouse KPI reports and operational reports
