Warehouse Manager

Manage and supervise all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, and dispatching.

Ensure accurate inventory records and proper stock control procedures.

Monitor stock levels and conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconciliations.

Ensure proper warehouse organization, storage conditions, and space utilization.

Coordinate with Procurement, Sales, Finance, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.

Supervise warehouse staff, assign daily tasks, and monitor team performance.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and warehouse procedures.

Prepare and analyze warehouse reports, KPIs, and inventory status.

Identify operational issues and implement solutions to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of internal and customer requirements.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in warehouse management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and stock management.

Experience with ERP/WMS systems and inventory management software.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
