WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE

Logistics & Route Planning

. Plan and optimise dailydelivery routes based on order urgency and volume

. Coordinate ad-hoccollections and last-minute delivery requirements

. Serve as backup driver whenrequired (valid Singapore driving licence required)

Warehouse Coordination &Delegation

. Issue and hand out PurchaseOrders (POs) to pickers

. Assign daily tasks topickers, packers, and drivers

. Ensure picking and packingoperations run on schedule and to standard

Cross-Department Coordination

. Liaise between warehouse,logistics, and other internal departments

. Proactively flag andresolve bottlenecks across the picking, packing, and delivery workflow

General Operations Support

. Assist with picking andpacking during peak periods or staff shortages

. Act as a floater acrossroles as operational needs dictate

. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse at all times
