Warehouse Operations Manager

The ideal candidate is structured, highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing

complex operations in a fast-paced, seasonally dynamic environment. This role requires a strong

leader who can guide, train, and motivate the warehouse team while ensuring discipline in processes and operational standards.

A) Warehouse Management

Ensure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency with customer satisfaction as the primary objective.

Supervise and organize the team while establishing clear KPIs, performance goals, and operational routines.

Develop and optimize warehouse systems including storage layout, product flow, stock rotation, gate processes, and equipment utilization.

Oversee physical inventory counts and reconcile stock variances across 1012 locations

(Warehouses and Retail Stores).

B) Sales Operations & Support

Process sales orders in the ERP system and generate Proforma invoices.

Support the sales team with accurate product allocation and stock visibility.

Coordinate closely with Business Operations, Finance, and Logistics to ensure smooth

packing, documentation, dispatch, and collection.

Track incoming shipments and align warehouse readiness with product launch timelines

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree.

Minimum 7 years of experience in sales operations, warehouse management, or supply

chain.

Strong knowledge of warehouse procedures, inventory control, and logistics.

Experience managing large SKU counts and fast-moving product assortments.
