Key Accountabilities:
Warehouse Transformation & Start-Up
- Lead the commissioning, start-up, stabilization, and ramp-up of the new warehouse facility.
- Design warehouse operating procedures, workflows, governance standards, and operating controls.
- Establish warehouse zoning, storage strategies, location management, and material flow principles.
- Design and optimize receiving, put-away, storage, replenishment, picking, staging, loading, and dispatch processes.
- Develop warehouse KPIs, management dashboards, and business review routines.
- Build a scalable warehouse organization structure aligned with future business requirements.
- Drive a culture of accountability, process discipline, safety, and continuous improvement.
WMS Implementation & Digitalization
- Lead the implementation and deployment of a new Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Define warehouse master data structure, location hierarchy, barcode strategy, and transaction governance.
- Lead process mapping, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and go-live activities.
- Ensure seamless integration between WMS, Oracle ERP, and warehouse operations.
- Drive user adoption and system compliance throughout the organization.
- Establish system-driven inventory control and warehouse performance management.
Raw Material Warehouse Operations
- Lead daily raw material warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receiving, storage, stock management, and issuance to production.
- Ensure material availability to support uninterrupted production operations.
- Manage inbound material flow and warehouse capacity utilization.
- Ensure proper storage conditions and material traceability.
- Ensure accurate and timely system transactions and inventory movements.
- Monitor warehouse productivity and service performance.
Finished Goods Warehouse Operations
- Lead finished goods warehousing activities ensuring product integrity, traceability, and inventory accuracy.
- Establish efficient storage and handling strategies for finished products.
- Ensure smooth transfer of finished goods from Production to Warehouse.
- Monitor finished goods inventory levels, aging, and storage utilization.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and operational visibility across all warehouse locations.
- Dispatch & Shipment Operations
- •Lead order preparation, staging, loading, and dispatch activities.
- Ensure shipments are prepared accurately, on time, and according to customer requirements.
- Monitor dispatch performance, loading efficiency, and shipment execution.
- Ensure accurate shipment documentation and transaction processing.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within warehouse dispatch operations.
- Optimize warehouse-to-loading flow to improve customer service levels and reduce lead times.
Qualifications & Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in Warehousing, Logistics, or Supply Chain Operations
