Job Description
Reviewing, updating the warehouse documentations cycle and processes to ensure complying with W/H SOP, s and quality management system (QMS) and make sure the implementation.
Daily follow up on Warehouses, -Monitor the day-to-day activities of the warehouse this includes shipping, receiving, delivering.
Ensure the correct staking of all incoming materials complying with WH stacking norms to optimize the WH utilization.
Update the ERP sys to ensure the inventory is up to date with random stock take on a daily basis and investigate the variation and corrective action accordantly
Develop and execute some of Lean principals as they apply to manufacturing operations, (5S GMP) for housekeeping.
Meeting target dates for all communications reports Daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly.
Supervise warehouse safety by adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) to provide a safe and clean place for staff and goods
Work closely with operation team to ensure smooth RM to the production in the right time with the stander quality and according to the FIFO policy
Desired Candidate Profile
Profile:
Bachelor Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Business Administration.
Hands on experience with Warehouse Management Software and Databases.
Strong Ability to cope with the Supply Chain Software Systems (i.e. ERP, SAP, Navision, etc.)
Excellent in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook.
Good Command in English Language.
