Role Objectives:
The Warehouse Shift Lead supervises warehouse workers during a specific shift to ensure smooth and efficient operations. This role involves coordinating daily tasks, monitoring performance, and enforcing safety standards.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Supervise and assign tasks to warehouse staff.
- Monitor workflow and resolve operational issues.
- Ensure inventory accuracy and on-time shipping.
- Train new team members and enforce SOPs.
- Report shifts activity and performance to management.
REQUIRED EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or lead role.
- Strong understanding of warehouse processes, safety protocols, and inventory systems.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
