Role Summary
In this position, you will be responsible for managing all incoming and outgoing
packaging and marketing materials, overseeing warehouse operations, and supporting
logistics activities. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth warehouse
operations, accurate inventory management, timely order fulfillment, and proper
reporting of all items entering and leaving the warehouse.
Main Responsibilities (including But Not Limited To)
- Warehouse Operations
- Manage daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, and dispatching items.
- Ensure proper organization and storage of packaging and marketing materials.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization according to operational standards.
- Inventory Management
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.
- Track and record all incoming and outgoing items.
- Conduct regular stock checks to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Logistics Coordination
- Coordinate shipments and assist the logistics team with transportation and delivery planning.
- Support order preparation and ensure timely dispatch of materials.
- Liaise with courier and shipping providers
when needed.
- Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare reports for all warehouse transactions (incoming and outgoing items).
- Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures and safety standards.
- Maintain proper documentation for inventory and shipments.
Key Requirements
- Work Experience: 1-3 years of experience in warehouse management, inventory control, or logistics.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of warehouse software and logistics systems.
- Basic understanding of shipping and courier operations.
Education & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Language: Perfect command of both spoken & written in English and Arabic.
