Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Supervisor for a full-time, on-site role based in Rai. The Warehouse Supervisor will manage daily warehouse operations, including supervising staff, coordinating shipping and receiving activities, overseeing inventory control, and ensuring proper material handling practices. Additional responsibilities include maintaining safety and efficiency standards within the warehouse and ensuring that all operations comply with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills with experience in managing teams and ensuring productivity and adherence to policies.
• Proficiency in Shipping & Receiving processes and understanding of logistics operations.
• Familiarity with Material Handling and Inventory Control tasks to ensure proper organization and management of stock.
• Competence in Forklift Operation and other relevant warehouse equipment safety practices.
• Excellent organizational skills with an ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Physical ability to lift and move materials as needed.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and standards is preferred.
• Previous experience in the construction materials industry is an advantage.
