Scope

Supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch of products while maintaining safety, efficiency, and compliance with company standards. The role is responsible for leading warehouse staff and ensuring smooth warehouse operations to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.

* Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock reconciliation.

* Monitor inbound and outbound shipments and maintain proper documentation.

* Lead, train, and evaluate warehouse staff performance.

* Ensure compliance with warehouse SOPs, safety regulations, and quality standards.

* Coordinate with Procurement, Sales, Logistics, and Finance teams.

* Optimize warehouse space utilization and storage conditions.

* Monitor warehouse KPIs and prepare operational reports.

* Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and operational issues.

* Ensure proper implementation of FIFO/FEFO principles for FMCG products.

Years of Experience

* 4–6 years of experience in warehouse operations.

* At least 2 years in a supervisory role.

* FMCG industry experience is preferred.

Required Education

* Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

* Relevant certifications in Warehouse Management, Inventory Control, or Lean Operations are a plus.
