Position: Warehouse Supervisor

Job Summary
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, maintaining food safety standards, and supervising warehouse staff to support the company's distribution and operational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatching goods.
* Ensure proper inventory control and stock accuracy through regular cycle counts and stock audits.
* Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment requirements with relevant departments.
* Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
* Maintain proper warehouse organization and storage conditions for food products.
* Lead, train, and evaluate warehouse team performance.
* Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely deliveries.
* Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and operational issues.
* Prepare warehouse reports and maintain accurate documentation.
* Collaborate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
* 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably within the FMCG or food industry.
* Previous supervisory experience is required.
* Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse best practices.
* Familiarity with ERP and warehouse management systems.
* Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Preferred Skills
* Experience in food distribution and cold-chain operations is a plus.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
* Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Working Conditions:
From Sunday to Thursday
Saturday and Friday are off
