The opportunity
Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient and accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
How You'll Make An Impact
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of warehouse associates, including scheduling, performance management, and training.
- Manage and optimize warehouse layouts and processes for improved efficiency and space utilization.
- Ensure accurate inventory control through cycle counts, stock checks, and addressing discrepancies.
- Oversee the loading and unloading of trucks, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to safety protocols.
- Implement and enforce all company safety policies and procedures, including regular safety training and inspections.
- Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment, coordinating repairs and preventative maintenance as needed.
- Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and production teams to ensure smooth material flow and meet operational targets.
- Responsible on the accuracy of all warehouse steps and transaction in SAP system
- Prepare and analyze reports on warehouse performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Participate in the development and implementation of new warehouse technologies and systems.
- Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control principles.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Demonstrated knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to operate various warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) and possess relevant certifications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively interacting with all levels of staff.
- Diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Arabic language is required.
