Warehouse Supervisor

Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role based in Cairo for a Warehouse Supervisor. The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including managing staff, maintaining inventory accuracy, and coordinating shipping and receiving activities. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with safety regulations, optimizing storage and material handling processes, and fostering a productive work environment. The Warehouse Supervisor will also monitor the performance of warehouse staff and implement improvements as needed to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven Supervisory Skills, including team management and effective communication
• Experience in Shipping & Receiving and Inventory Control
• Proficiency in Material Handling and Forklift Operation
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Commitment to safety protocols and standards
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or related software is a plus
• Ability to lead teams in an on-site work environment
• Minimum of a high school diploma; additional certifications in logistics or warehouse management are advantageous
