Job Summary
The Inventory / Warehouse Officer will be responsible for managing stock levels, monitoring inventory movement, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure smooth supply chain operations. The role plays a key part in maintaining optimal inventory availability in line with company policies and operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
Track and manage all inventory in the main warehouse
Set and monitor Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs) according to company policy
Maintain healthy stock levels to support business operations
Coordinate with suppliers and warehouse teams on purchase orders and goods receiving
Build and maintain professional relationships with suppliers while following best supply chain practices
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory or warehouse roles, preferably in the F&B industry
Good knowledge of MS Office and Odoo systems
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Flexible, adaptable to changing business needs, and eager to learn
