Warehouse Supervisor – Pharmaceutical Manufacturing

Role Purpose

We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to manage pharmaceutical warehouse operations, ensuring compliant receipt, storage, dispensing, inventory control and dispatch of materials and finished products.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise receipt, inspection, reconciliation, storage and issuance of raw materials, packaging materials, semi-finished goods and finished products.
Ensure storage conditions, segregation, status labelling and material handling comply with GMP/GDP requirements.
Manage material dispensing, returns, reconciliation and related warehouse documentation.
Monitor inventory accuracy, stock ageing, near-expiry, rejected, obsolete and non-moving materials.
Coordinate material release and availability with Quality, Production and Supply Chain teams.
Maintain warehouse SOPs, logbooks, SAP transactions, inventory records and QMS documentation.
Lead deviations, CAPA, change controls, investigations and quality-risk-management activities.
Ensure warehouse compliance during regulatory audits, customer audits and statutory inspections.
Supervise dispatch, palletization and local pharmaceutical dispatch/reporting requirements.
Ensure high standards of EHS, housekeeping, hygiene, cleaning and personnel safety.
Train, motivate and monitor warehouse personnel while driving operational improvements.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Science or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical warehouse experience, including supervisory responsibility.
Strong knowledge of cGMP, GDP, inventory control, material handling and warehouse quality systems.
Hands-on experience with SAP/ERP and QMS documentation.
Good leadership, planning, documentation and communication skills.
