Warehouse Supervisor

Job Summary:

Responsible for managing all warehouse operations at Worood Designs, ensuring inventory accuracy, efficient processes, and strong team management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage receiving, storage, transfers, issuing, and warehouse activities.
• Ensure proper warehouse organization and product storage.
• Maintain accurate inventory balances.
• Lead cycle counts and monthly inventory checks.
• Investigate stock differences and implement corrective actions.
• Manage warehouse employees, assign tasks, and monitor productivity.
• Train team members and improve operational discipline.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Order Preparation, and Finance.
  
  

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5-7 years of warehouse management experience.
• Strong inventory control experience.
• Strong leadership and managerial skills.
• Ability to make decisions and solve operational problems.
