Job Description:-

Leading a team of employees in the efficient handling of inbound/receiving operations.

Manage inventory effectively to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize discrepancies.

Conduct regular stock verification and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.

Implement merchandising strategies to enhance product presentation and customer experience.

Oversee outbound operations to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.

Implementing process improvements that can result increase in efficiency within the team.

Conduct regular team training sessions to enhance employee skills and knowledge for smooth dark store operations.

Successfully resolved any issues related to inbound/outbound operations to ensure customer satisfaction.

Acting as a point of contact for escalations and effectively resolved any customer or operational issues.

Ensuring proper documentation and tracking of returned goods to facilitate inventory reconciliation.

Implementing efficient logistics and transportation to transfer items back to the warehouse in a timely manner.

Conducting thorough quality checks and inspections to assess the condition of returned goods and the item&aposs before sending to customer.

Collaborating with relevant teams to process returns, update inventory records, and manage restocking activities.

Utilizing inventory management systems to accurately record and monitor the movement of goods during the back transfer process.
