Key Responsibilities

• Review and process warranty claims as per manufacturer guidelines
• Ensure accurate documentation (repair orders, invoices, labor coding, photos)
• Validate claims against warranty agreements and service history
• Prepare and submit technical warranty reports
• Track and update warranty claim status within required timelines
• Coordinate with service advisors, technicians, parts team, and manufacturer
• Monitor claim rejection risks and ensure quality control compliance
• Maintain customer satisfaction through effective issue resolution

Qualifications

• Minimum: Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Automobile/Mechanical
• Experience: 35+ years in a similar role within an automotive dealership
