Warranty Claims Agent-Automotive

As a Warranty Claims Agent, you will be responsible for managing motor warranty claims from initial registration through processing and resolution, ensuring that all claims are handled accurately and within the agreed turnaround time (TAT). You will work closely with dealerships, clients, external experts, and the service network to ensure a smooth and efficient claims process.

Key Responsibilities

• Open, manage, review, and process claims in accordance with the agreed TAT.
• Perform plausibility checks on claims and consult external experts when required.
• Correspond with dealerships, clients, and external experts regarding claims and related matters.
• Receive and review invoices and prepare them for payment.
• Implement claims SOPs across the service network and dealerships.
• Guide, train, and support service network partners and dealers on the claims process.
• Collect and maintain internal procedures, supported by technical bulletins and relevant technical literature released by OEMs.
• Ensure customer grievances are addressed with the highest priority and resolved within the established departmental/organizational TAT.
• Ensure accurate and timely handling of claims documentation and related processes.
  
  

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Automobile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Technician background is preferred.
• Previous experience in motor extended warranty claims, insurance, and/or assistance services.
• Understanding of commercial aspects related to claims and warranty operations.
• Experience with network expansion and management of direct/indirect teams.
• Fluent in Arabic and advanced proficiency in English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing business requirements.
• Well versed in Microsoft Office.
• Comfortable working in an office-based environment.
