Warranty Engineer-Home Appliances

Overseeing and handling warranty claims in a way that guarantee introducing best service level, maintain and improve customer satisfaction level and raise customer loyalty and preserve company's rights, Maintain spare parts level at preidentified quantities and quality levels.

Responsibilities

• Monitor warranty budget and expenditures.

• Review, investigate and approve warranty claims cases based on pre-identified policies and on timely basis.

• Monitor, review and solve customer complains.

• Review, investigate and handle cases related to customer protection agency till closed.

• Train service, call center, sales, all stakeholder personnel on warranty policies and procedures, existing and new products.

• Confer with suppliers by preparing, communicating and follow-up warranty claims and until product/spare parts replaced or value reimbursed.

• Confer with logistics team and customs clearance to obtain and satisfy spare parts ordering requirements.

• Monitor main warehouse/branches/3rd party spare parts stock and reordering.

• Forecasting spare parts volume requirements based on sales/service plans. 

Qualifications

Education:

• A minimum of Bachelor of engineering majored in electric/mechanics/electronics, post graduate education is preferred.

Experience:

• Up to 4 years experience in similar position.

• Experience in appliances industry.
