Water Infrastructure Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct feasibility studies for water infrastructure projects.
• Design and review water pipelines, reservoirs, pumping stations and distribution systems.
• Perform/review hydraulic analysis and recommend system improvements.
• Prepare engineering designs and technical documentation using AutoCAD, Civil 3D or similar software.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders.
• Review contractor technical submissions and support progress meetings.
• Provide technical supervision during construction to ensure compliance with approved designs.
• Resolve engineering issues during planning, design and construction.
• Evaluate system upgrades and new technologies.
• Prepare project progress and technical reports.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, water-quality and safety requirements.
