Water Plants Assistant Manager - El Gouna

• Perform and supervise corrective and preventive maintenance activities for all RO units and associated equipment.

• Follow up on daily measurements, logs, and performance records to ensure proper plant functionality.

• Ensure the production quality of the water meets company standards and regulatory requirements.

• Monitor, review, and adjust RO parameters (pressure, flow rates, recovery ratios, chemical dosing, etc.) as needed.

• Ensure the availability of all required spare parts, consumables, and tools.

• Follow up on chemical and material inventory in the stores, and coordinate timely replenishment.

• Lead troubleshooting activities during plant abnormalities or performance drops.

• Coordinate with the laboratory team for regular water quality testing and take action if deviations occur.

• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operation reports.

• Ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards inside the plant.

• Supervise plant operators and technicians and ensure proper training and adherence to SOPs.

• Support management in planning plant improvements, upgrades, and energy/efficiency optimization.

• Coordinate with the Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation to complete the procedures and obtain the required permits for the plant's groundwater wells.

Key requirements:

• Must hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering.

• Must have hands-on experience in operating and maintaining RO desalination plants.
