Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Water Proposal Manager based in Qesm 1st 6 October, with the flexibility for some remote work. The Water Proposal Manager will oversee and lead the preparation and development of water treatment project proposals. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with various teams to gather technical and financial project inputs, ensuring proposals align with client requirements, and managing timelines for proposal submission. Additionally, the role will coordinate proposal reviews, maintain accurate documentation, and support presentations to clients as needed.

Qualifications

  • Strong project management and organizational skills for coordinating proposal development and meeting deadlines
  • Proven ability in proposal writing, technical documentation, and client communication
  • Knowledge of water and wastewater treatment systems, processes, and technologies
  • Proficiency in research and data analysis to identify and incorporate accurate and relevant information into proposals
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement and managing client relationships
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
  • Proficiency in software tools such as MS Office Suite, CRMs, and project management software
  • Attention to detail and ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
  • Prior 5-10 years of experience in the water and wastewater treatment industry
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges
