Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive Field Supervisor to manage day-to-day field operations, ensure compliance with delivery standards, and maintain high service quality. The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics or delivery operations and strong leadership skills to manage field staff effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage field staff to ensure smooth delivery operations
Enforce client-specific delivery protocols, including security checks and designated drop-off points
Ensure Compliance With B2B Contract Requirements And Company Policies
Monitor route efficiency and optimize delivery performance
Ensure all field staff use ERP/Odoo mobile application correctly for real-time updates and electronic Proof of Delivery (ePOD)
Handle and resolve on-ground operational issues promptly
Maintain strong communication with clients and internal teams
Ensure all incidents and delivery issues are logged immediately in the ERP system
Performance Metrics
Achieve 95%+ First-Time Delivery (FTD) rate
Ensure 100% incident reporting in ERP system
Maintain high standards of operational compliance and efficiency
Requirements
2–4 years of experience in logistics, delivery, or field operations
Strong supervision and team management skills
Familiarity with ERP/mobile applications (Odoo preferred)
Good problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage field challenges
Preferred Skills
Experience in B2B delivery operations
Knowledge of local routes and delivery processes in Kuwait
Strong organizational and coordination skills
