City Mortgage is expanding, and we're looking for experienced Mortgage Underwriters and Mortgage Consultants to join our growing team in Dubai.
Mortgage Underwriter
- 2+ years UAE mortgage, credit or banking experience
- Strong knowledge of UAE banks, lending criteria, DBR/DVR, LTV and affordability
- Review and assess mortgage applications and financial documents
- Prepare bank submissions and manage approvals through disbursement
- Liaise with bank RMs and credit teams
- Strong CRM, analytical and organizational skills
Mortgage Consultant
- 2+ years UAE mortgage or banking experience preferred
- Generate and manage mortgage business and client relationships
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable mortgage solutions
- Strong knowledge of UAE mortgage products and bank criteria
- Coordinate with Underwriting & Processing teams
- Target-driven with excellent communication and negotiation skills
