WE RE HIRING SALES & INTERIOR DESIGNER Furniture & Interior Industry Doha, Qatar

The ideal candidate will have strong creative thinking and design skills, with the ability to develop attractive and practical interior and furniture designs based on client requirements. The candidate should be confident communicating with clients, understanding their needs, presenting design ideas, and adjusting designs based on client feedback.

The candidate should also have a good understanding of furniture, interior materials, finishes, and current design trends, while being comfortable supporting the sales process from initial inquiry through quotation and project coordination.

• Create attractive and practical interior and furniture designs based on client requirements.
• Meet with clients to understand their objectives, preferences, budget, and design requirements.
• Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure customer requirements are properly understood and followed.
• Prepare and present 2D drawings, 3D designs, mock-ups, and renderings for clients.
• Recommend suitable furniture, materials, colors, finishes, and design solutions.
• Prepare quotations and proposals based on client requirements.
• Follow up with clients regarding quotations, design revisions, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with production, installation, and other relevant teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain knowledge of interior design, furniture styles, materials, and current market trends.
• Build and maintain good relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Support the company in achieving sales and customer service objectives.

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in interior design, furniture, or a related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with 3D design/rendering software is an advantage.
• Strong creative, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of furniture and interior design concepts, materials, and finishes.
• Strong customer-handling and sales skills.
• Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into suitable design solutions.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple client requirements and follow projects through to completion.
• Arabic and English communication skills are preferred.
• Previous experience in Qatar is an advantage.
