Key Responsibilities
- User Acquisition & Conversion: Drive new user growth and conversion for wealth management products through integrated campaigns, content, and channel strategies. Optimize the user funnel to improve subscription conversion rates.
- Localized Marketing Strategy: Collaborate closely with regional business and market teams to develop and execute tailored promotion strategies based on local user profiles and market conditions.
- Data-Driven Goal Management: Own quarterly and annual targets for key metrics (user growth, subscriber count, subscription volume). Conduct regular data analysis, performance review, and optimization to ensure goal achievement.
- Product Engagement Innovation: Ideate and implement innovative engagement mechanics and incentive programs to increase user participation, subscription scale, and long-term user value, based on user insights and market trends.
Qualifications & Requirements
Must Have:
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in product operations, user growth, or marketing, preferably within FinTech, Internet Finance, Banking/Asset Management, Exchange, or Wealth Management products.
- Proven track record in managing user acquisition funnels, conversion optimization, and data-driven campaign management.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, BI tools). Basic SQL knowledge is a strong plus.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and project management skills, with the ability to influence and drive initiatives across regional and functional teams.
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin to support cross-regional communication and documentation.
- Innovative mindset with a strong interest in wealth management, yield-generating products, and user behavior.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in localized marketing or go-to-market strategies in multiple regions.
- Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, or growth hacking tools.
- Understanding of regulatory and compliance basics in financial product promotion.
