Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Weaving Shift Engineer located in 10th of Ramadan. The role involves overseeing and managing weaving production lines during assigned shifts, maintaining machinery for optimal performance, addressing technical issues to minimize downtime, and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards. The Weaving Shift Engineer is also expected to monitor production efficiency, coordinate with team members, and report operational outcomes to supervisors.

Qualifications

• Expertise in weaving processes, loom operations, and textile production
• Knowledge of machinery maintenance and troubleshooting
• Ability to lead, coordinate, and supervise team operations effectively
• Strong problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with quality control standards and workplace safety protocols
• Proficiency in using technical tools and software specific to textile manufacturing
• Educational background in Textile Engineering or related field is preferred
• Experience in the textile industry, particularly in weaving operations, is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
