Job Title: Web Content Author & Uploader (Optimizely CMS)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Web Content Author & Uploader to manage, edit, and publish digital content using Optimizely CMS. The ideal candidate has experience in web content management, basic HTML/CSS, and SEO best practices, ensuring an optimal user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, edit, and publish web pages using Optimizely CMS.
- Upload and format text, images, videos, and other media content.
- Ensure content is structured correctly, follows brand guidelines, and meets SEO and accessibility standards.
- Work closely with designers, developers, and marketing teams to optimize web content.
- Test and review content before publishing to ensure quality and functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor content-related issues within Optimizely.
- Keep content updated and remove outdated materials as necessary.
- Track performance metrics and suggest improvements for engagement.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 1–3 years of experience in content management and web publishing.
- Hands-on experience with Optimizely CMS (formerly Episerver) or similar platforms.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and SEO principles.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand and editorial guidelines.
- Familiarity with image optimization tools, content accessibility standards, and analytics tools.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in Optimizely DAM, CMP and Content Recommendations would be a bonus
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in digital marketing, UX, or web design.
