YOUR IMPACT

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Web Content & e-Merchandising Specialist to join our regional E-business team in Dubai and support our continued e-commerce acceleration. This pivotal role will be instrumental in maintaining and optimizing Dior.com across key markets in the region, ensuring a cohesive and elevated online experience that aligns with global brand standards while remaining relevant to our local audiences.

Reporting to the E-commerce Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for content management, merchandising strategies implementation, quality assurance, and coordinating key digital campaigns and offerings, with a strong emphasis on business growth and user experience.

While content contribution is at the core, this role also involves collaborating with headquarters e-merchandising team and supporting SEO and CRO efforts to ensure content effectively drives business objectives.

Job responsibilities

  • Content Contribution & Adaptation:
    • Actively contribute, adapt, and publish content (text, imagery, video) through the CMS on Dior.com and its associated digital tools (Virtual Try-On experiences) for several different local markets, ensuring it is aligned with brand guidelines and global standards while resonating with our local audiences.
    • Coordinate content translations and adaptations with local market teams and agencies, managing timelines for campaign launches and content updates.
    • Ensure on-time go-live of monthly novelties and content updates maintaining campaigns in the PIM and in Salesforce backend


  • Regional Campaign & Offer Coordination:
    • Collaborate closely with local teams to execute digital campaigns, ensuring timely content deployment and offer activation.
    • Manage the integration and promotion of generosity offers (CRM initiatives, sampling, Gifts With Purchase - GWP) optimizing their visibility and effectiveness.


  • Quality Assurance (QA) & Local Adaptation:
    • Perform rigorous QA on website pages and functionalities post-deployment, identifying and resolving content, display, or localization issues specific to each market.
    • Implement necessary local adaptations to website elements to enhance user experience and cater to regional preferences.


  • e-Merchandising Strategy & Optimization:
    • Support the E-commerce Manager in developing and implementing data-driven e-merchandising strategies to optimize product visibility, cross-selling, and up-selling opportunities across the website.
    • Contribute to the continuous optimization of product pages, landing pages, and category pages for maximum impact.
    • Analyze product performance and customer journeys to make informed recommendations that boost online business performance and conversion rates.


  • Platform Management & Salesforce Knowledge:
    • Utilize and manage content within our various digital platforms, including Content Management Systems (CMS) and e-commerce platforms.
    • Demonstrate a strong working knowledge of Salesforce backend functionalities, particularly concerning campaign management, to support digital initiatives effectively.


  • Collaboration on Traffic Acquisition (SEO Focus) & CRO strategies :
    • Work in close partnership with the Traffic Acquisition Specialist to implement on-page SEO best practices (keyword integration, meta descriptions, title tags, internal linking) as part of content publishing.
    • Assist in technical SEO audits as requested, providing support for content-related optimizations.
    • Ensure that content and layout optimizations are aligned with CRO strategies and A/B Tests to maximize user engagement and conversion rates


  • Performance Monitoring (Operational) & Reporting:
    • Monitor operational website performance, page load times, and content display across devices, escalating technical issues to the IT/Development team as needed.
    • Provide basic reports on content performance (page views, time on page) for internal reviews and continuous improvement.
Profile

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Web Development, E-commerce or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in web content management, e-merchandising, digital marketing, or an equivalent role. Experience of using Salesforce Storefront Reference Architecture (SFRA) is a plus
  • Technical & Platform Skills:
    • Proven proficiency with Content Management Systems (CMS), Product Information Management (PIM) and e-commerce platforms.
    • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce backend (e.g., Commerce Cloud, Marketing Cloud) is highly desirable.
    • Understanding of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
    • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development technologies for content formatting is a plus.


  • E-commerce & Digital Marketing Acumen:
    • Solid understanding of e-merchandising principles and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.
    • Experience with planning and executing digital campaigns, including promotional offers (sampling, GWP).
    • Familiarity with virtual try-on or other innovative digital customer experiences is an advantage.


  • Soft Skills:
    • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to coordinate across diverse teams and cultures.
    • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong analytical capabilities.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • A strong customer-centric approach.
  • Language: Fluency in English is essential. Proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage.
