Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Web Content Manager role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Web Content Manager will oversee the planning, creation, publishing, and maintenance of website content across Grovy's digital properties, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with business goals. Responsibilities include managing content calendars, coordinating with marketing, sales, and project teams, and optimizing site structure and navigation for user experience. The role involves monitoring web performance, using analytics to improve engagement and conversion, and maintaining up-to-date content for ongoing and upcoming developments. The Web Content Manager will also ensure compliance with style guidelines, manage content-related projects and timelines, and support digital campaigns and landing pages that promote Grovy's real estate offerings.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Content Management and Project Management to plan, execute, and oversee web content initiatives.
• Candidates should possess skills in Web Content Writing and Content Strategy to develop clear, compelling, and goal-oriented digital content.
• Candidates should possess skills in Web Analytics to track performance, interpret data, and recommend data-driven content improvements.
• Relevant additional skills include SEO best practices, UX-focused writing, and familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal).
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in real estate, property development, or a similar industry and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams would be beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Dubai are expected.
