Role Description This is a part-time, remote Web Designer role responsible for creating user-centered website layouts and interfaces that align with Symaro's brand and client requirements. Day-to-day tasks include designing web pages and graphical elements, collaborating with developers to ensure designs are accurately implemented, and optimizing layouts for responsiveness across devices. The Web Designer will translate project requirements into wireframes and visual prototypes, refine designs based on stakeholder feedback, and maintain consistent design standards across projects. The role may also involve preparing assets for front-end development, conducting basic usability reviews, and contributing to continuous improvement of Symaro's digital design practices.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Web Design and Responsive Web Design skills, with experience creating user-friendly, mobile-first interfaces.
Candidates should possess Graphic Design and Graphics skills for producing high-quality visual assets, icons, and layouts.
Candidates should possess Front-End Development skills sufficient to collaborate effectively with developers and understand HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript implementation constraints.
Relevant experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar platforms is beneficial.
Strong attention to detail, ability to follow brand guidelines, and a portfolio demonstrating web and UI design work are required.
Ability to communicate clearly in English, manage time effectively in a remote environment, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Experience designing for SaaS, enterprise platforms, or digital transformation projects is a plus.
Formal education in Design, Computer Science, or a related field is beneficial, but equivalent practical experience and a strong portfolio are equally valued.
