Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Dubai for a Web Developer. The Web Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the company's web presence. Daily tasks include creating and optimizing web pages, developing front-end interfaces and back-end functionalities, and ensuring responsive and user-friendly web designs. The role also involves troubleshooting website issues, implementing updates, and collaborating with the team to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, maintain, and optimize the company website
- Improve website speed, performance, and SEO
- Integrate CRM systems, property portals, and lead capture tools
- Manage hosting, domain, and website security updates
- Create landing pages for marketing campaigns
- Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure website functionality
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to enhance online presence
- Monitor analytics and provide performance insights
Requirements- Proven experience as a Web Developer (portfolio required)
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, or relevant frameworks
- Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms
- Understanding of SEO best practices and website optimization
- Familiarity with CRM integrations and API connections
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles
- Experience in real estate or lead-generation websites
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager
- Basic graphic design or front-end design skills
