Position Overview:
We are seeking an skilled Web Developer with strong expertise in full stack web development, cloud based architecture, and scalable application design. Key Responsibilities-
1. Advanced Web Development & Engineering:
- Architect, develop, and maintain complex full-stack web applications with modern frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js) and backend systems (Node.js, Python, PHP, or equivalent).
- Implement microservices architecture and RESTful/GraphQL APIs for scalable and secure integrations.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and concurrency handling.
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and modularity in application design.
2. Security, Reliability & Standards
- Apply OWASP and advanced security best practices to safeguard against vulnerabilities.
- Design systems with data protection, GDPR compliance, and secure authentication (OAuth, JWT, SSO).
- Oversee code quality control, versioning, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.
3. Systems Integration & Cloud Infrastructure
- Deploy and maintain applications using cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Utilize containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) for scalable deployments.
- Manage DevOps processes including CI/CD automation, monitoring, and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible).
- Integrate systems with ERP/CRM, payment gateways, and enterprise-level SaaS tools.
4. Leadership & Collaboration
- Mentor junior developers, review code, and enforce enterprise grade coding standards.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams (design, data, marketing, operations) to ensure alignment of web solutions with business objectives.
- Contribute to technical roadmaps, digital strategies, and architecture planning.
5. Continuous Innovation & Improvement
- Implement advanced analytics (Google Analytics 4, Data Studio, custom dashboards) for actionable insights.
- Leverage AI/ML integrations for personalization, chatbots, or recommendation engines.
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies, proposing new solutions for business growth.
Qualifications & Advanced Requirements-
Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Advanced certifications in cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), DevOps, or full stack frameworks strongly preferred.
Technical Mastery:
- Front-End Development (Expert Level): React, Angular, Vue.js, TypeScript, TailwindCSS, Next.js/Nuxt.js.
- Back-End Development (Advanced): Node.js, Python (Django/Flask), PHP (Laravel/Symfony), Ruby on Rails.
- Databases: SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Firebase).
- DevOps & Cloud: Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/Azure/GCP, CI/CD pipelines, GitOps.
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Jest, Mocha, Cypress, Selenium, automated unit/integration testing.
- Other Advanced Skills: API design (REST/GraphQL), WebSockets, serverless functions (Lambda, Cloud Functions), caching strategies (Redis, Varnish), and performance tuning.
