We are looking for a modern, high velocity Web Developer to take full ownership of our digital ecosystem. You won't just be maintaining sites; you will be rebuilding and optimizing the web experience for three distinct brands across multiple countries. We value smart speed using modern AI tools to ship high quality, SEO optimized, and high converting code faster than a traditional agency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Multi-Brand Management: Oversee the architecture and performance of Trampo Extreme (multi-region), Kidz N Fun, and The Paint Corner.
- AI-Driven Development: Leverage AI agents and coding tools (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor) to accelerate development cycles, refactor legacy code, and automate testing.
- Technical SEO: Own the SEO roadmap. Ensure perfect Core Web Vitals, implement Schema markup, and manage hreflang tags for our international Trampo domains.
- Conversion Optimization: Partner with the Marketing team to build high converting landing pages, integrate booking systems (APIs), and run A/B tests.
- Security & Scalability: Ensure all sites are secure, GDPR/local data law compliant, and optimized for high traffic booking periods.
Required Skills:
- Stack: Proficiency in React/Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and Node.js.
- AI Tools: Proven experience using Cursor, Claude Code, or Codex to build and debug complex applications.
- SEO: Deep knowledge of Technical SEO (Crawlability, Indexing, Mobile first).
- Integrations: Experience working with 3rd party APIs (Payment gateways, Booking platforms like Roller and BMI).
- Mindset: You hate slow. You prefer shipping clean, iterative updates over waiting 6 months for a big launch.
