Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented Web Development Specialist to build, manage, and optimize corporate websites and digital platforms. This role focuses on delivering fast, secure, and user-friendly web solutions that support business goals and align with brand standards. The ideal candidate combines strong technical skills with a user-centric mindset and enjoys collaborating with content, design, and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deploy web pages, microsites, and landing pages using modern web technologies and CMS platforms.
- Integrate APIs, plugins, and third-party tools to enhance website functionality.
- Ensure websites are responsive, high-performing, and compatible across all browsers and devices.
- Manage hosting environments, domains, SSL certificates, backups, and DNS settings.
- Monitor website uptime, performance, load speed, and analytics.
- Conduct regular audits to identify issues, broken links, or security risks.
- Design intuitive user journeys and interfaces based on UX/UI best practices.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Collaborate with designers and content teams to ensure consistency and usability.
- Analyze user behavior and testing results to continuously improve the experience.
- Ensure websites meet security standards through regular updates, patches, and malware protection.
- Apply secure coding practices and manage access control and data protection.
- Support internal teams in publishing and updating website content.
- Manage CMS user roles, permissions, and workflows.
- Track website KPIs using analytics and performance tools.
- Coordinate with external agencies for development, maintenance, and technical support.
- Review technical proposals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Ensure vendors follow coding standards, quality benchmarks, and brand guidelines.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 13 years of hands-on experience in web development, UX/UI design, and website management.
- Experience working on corporate or large-scale websites is preferred.
Technical Skills:
- Front-end development: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery
- CMS platforms: WordPress, Drupal, SharePoint, or similar
- UX/UI tools: Figma, Adobe XD, or equivalent
- Website performance optimization and troubleshooting
- SEO best practices and analytics tools
- Website security and accessibility standards
- API integration and version control (Git)
Certifications (Preferred)
- Google UX/UI Certification
- Google Analytics or GA4 Certification
