Role Overview
We are looking for a
Web Tech Lead with
5–7 years of experience in modern front-end development using
Angular and React. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on coding while leading technical decisions, mentoring engineers, and delivering scalable, high-performance web applications.
You will lead the architecture and development of Enveu's web products, collaborate closely with Product, UI/UX, Backend, and QA teams, and drive engineering excellence through best practices, clean architecture, and code quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, architecture, and development of scalable web applications using Angular and React.
- Build reusable, modular, and maintainable UI components following modern development standards.
- Drive technical discussions, solution design, and architectural decisions across web projects.
- Review code, enforce coding standards, and ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Mentor and guide front-end developers through technical coaching and best practices.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Backend Engineers, and QA teams throughout the development lifecycle.
- Optimize application performance, accessibility, responsiveness, and SEO where applicable.
- Integrate RESTful APIs and manage application state efficiently.
- Identify technical debt and continuously improve application architecture.
- Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and release management.
- Troubleshoot production issues and ensure application stability.
- Stay updated with modern front-end technologies and recommend improvements to engineering practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5–7 years of experience in front-end development.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Angular (v12+) and React.js.
- Excellent knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3/SCSS.
- Strong understanding of component-driven architecture and reusable UI development.
- Experience with Redux, NgRx, Context API, or other state management libraries.
- Solid understanding of REST APIs and asynchronous programming.
- Experience working with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows.
- Strong debugging, performance optimization, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Good to Have
- Experience working on OTT, Media, Video Streaming, or SaaS products.
- Familiarity with Micro Frontend Architecture.
- Knowledge of Next.js or Angular Universal (SSR).
- Experience with Webpack, Vite, or modern build tools.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows.
- Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, Jasmine, or Karma.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG) and web performance optimization.
