PRIMARY PURPOSE OF JOB:
We're hiring a Web3 Growth Marketing Specialist to drive user acquisition, boost on-chain participation, and expand the ecosystem for IncomRWA, a strategic business unit of Incomlend.
This is a hands-on role focused on content, partnerships, KOL collaborations, and growth campaigns to scale adoption and engagement.
Immediate joiners will be given preference.

IncomRWA is the Real World Assets (RWA) arm of Incomlend, focused on bringing trade finance opportunities on-chain. By leveraging blockchain technology, IncomRWA enables broader access, transparency, and efficiency in financing real-world assets, bridging traditional finance with decentralized ecosystems.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Growth & User Acquisition
- Drive user acquisition across Twitter, Telegram, Discord, and Web3 platforms
- Plan and execute growth campaigns
- Optimize funnel: Awareness → Engagement → On-chain Action → Retention
Content & Social Media
- Manage and grow social media channels
- Create educational, product, and narrative-driven content
- Collaborate with the design team on marketing creatives
On-Chain Campaigns & KOLs
- Launch campaigns on Zealy, Galxe, TaskOn, Layer3, Intract
- Coordinate KOL campaigns, Twitter Spaces, and AMAs
- Optimize reward mechanics and campaign performance
Partnerships & Ecosystem Growth
- Collaborate with Web3 projects for cross-marketing campaigns
- Execute joint announcements, quests, and co-marketing initiatives
Analytics & Optimization
- Track user growth, on-chain activity, and campaign performance
- Optimize campaigns based on data
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years in Web3 / Crypto marketing
- Experience managing crypto social media
- Experience with on-chain quest platforms
- Experience working with KOLs and partnerships
- Strong content and communication skills
- Understanding of DeFi and Web3 ecosystem
- Ability to create short-form video content
- Comfortable being the face of content
- Experience hosting Twitter Spaces / AMAs
- Experience with DeFi / RWA / Yield protocols
