WEB Expert / WEB Master

Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Web Expert / Web Master, located in 6th of October Giza.

Are you a highly skilled web expert with a passion for clean code, beautiful user interfaces, and getting websites to the top of Google search Neuro Spine Hospital a leading center for neurosurgery and spine care is looking for a Web Expert / Web Master to take charge of our online presence and digital performance. The specialist will work closely with various teams to enhance the company's online presence and drive organic and paid traffic growth.

Skills & Tools:

Web Development

• Develop, maintain, and improve the hospital's website.
• Ensure mobile-friendly, fast-loading, and secure websites with responsive design.
• Collaborate with marketing and IT teams to integrate interactive features.
• Manage CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), hosting environments, domains, and backups.
• Optimize site speed, performance, and implement UI/UX improvements to enhance user engagement and accessibility.
• Perform regular updates, troubleshooting, and security checks.
• Manage hosting, domains, backups, and CMS (e.g., WordPress).
• Track, report, and enhance user traffic and website analytics.

SEO

• Proficient in SEO tools: Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and algorithm updates.
• Perform on-page and technical SEO audits and implementations.
• Optimize content structure, internal linking, metadata, and keyword placement.
• Work on Google indexing issues, schema markup, and Core Web Vitals.
• Monitor analytics (GA4, Google Search Console) and report on traffic, rankings, and SEO KPIs.
• Familiar with keyword tools (Google Keyword Planner, Ubersuggest, etc.).
• Research keywords, competitor activity, and continuously refine strategies to boost visibility.

Qualifications

• A full-stack developer.
• Proven experience in web development using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and at least one JS framework (React, Vue, Angular).
• Experience with backend development (e.g., Node.js, PHP, Python) and database management (MySQL, MongoDB).
• Experience with WordPress and custom theme/plugin development.
• Basic graphic design ability (Figma, Canva, Adobe XD) is a plus.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with Git, hosting platforms, and deployment processes.
• Knowledge of UI/UX best practices and accessibility standards.
• Good understanding of cybersecurity and data protection.
• Deep understanding of SEO tools and practices (Yoast, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog).
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, and PageSpeed Insights.
• Proficiency in Keyword Research and On-Page SEO.
• Experience with SEO Audits and Link Building strategies.

Experience Requirements:

• 35+ years as a WEB Expert.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Previous experience working in a healthcare or service industry is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Keyword Research & Strategy

• Conduct keyword research to guide content and marketing strategies.
• Identify high-performing and long-tail keywords.
• Analyze keyword difficulty and search intent.

On-Page Optimization

• Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, and images.
• Ensure proper internal linking and keyword usage.
• Improve website structure and HTML formatting for SEO.

Off-Page SEO & Link Building

• Create and manage link-building strategies.
• Perform outreach for backlinks and guest posts.
• Monitor domain authority and backlink profile.

Technical SEO

• Conduct regular SEO audits using tools like Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, or SEMrush.
• Fix crawl errors, broken links, and sitemap issues.
• Optimize website speed, mobile responsiveness, and indexability.

Content Optimization

• Collaborate with content writers to ensure SEO best practices.
• Analyze and update underperforming pages.
• Ensure content aligns with user intent and search trends.

Frontend Development

HTML5 / CSS3.

JavaScript (ES6+).

Responsive design & media queries.

CSS frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS).

Frontend libraries & frameworks (e.g., React.js, Vue.js, Angular).

DOM manipulation.

Browser Developer Tools.

Cross-browser compatibility.

Backend Development

Server-side languages (e.g., Node.js, PHP, Python, Ruby, Java, .NET).

RESTful API development & integration.

Authentication & authorization (e.g., OAuth, JWT).

CRUD operations with databases.

Database Management
