Job Summary:
The Weighing Officer is responsible for accurately weighing all incoming and outgoing materials, ensuring proper documentation, compliance with company procedures, and maintaining full traceability for audit and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Weigh raw materials, packaging, and returned items using scales.
- Record weights correctly in logs or system.
- Check product details before weighing.
- Label materials properly.
- Keep weighing records updated.
- Follow company rules, SOPs, and SFDA requirements.
- Report any differences or issues.
- Keep equipment clean and working properly.
- Support warehouse, QC, and dispatch teams.
Qualifications:
- Experience in warehouse or weighing work is an advantage.
- Basic computer skills.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to follow instructions and procedures.
- Teamwork and communication skills.
