Job Purpose
To oversee employee welfare and basic medical coordination, ensuring workers wellbeing, timely medical support, compliance with UAE labour regulations, and proper accommodation and site welfare standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee welfare and medical concerns.
- Coordinate medical appointments, insurance claims, and emergency cases.
- Conduct regular visits to labour accommodation and project sites.
- Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Monitor sick leave cases and maintain medical records confidentially.
- Support workplace injury reporting and liaise with clinics/hospitals.
- Coordinate transportation for medical emergencies when required.
- Educate employees on health awareness and safety practices.
- Prepare welfare and medical status reports for management review.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Nursing, Healthcare, HR, or related field.
- Valid UAE nursing license
- Driving License required
- 3+ years experience in employee welfare or site medical coordination (UAE preferred).
