Job Purpose:
To plan, coordinate, and support safe and cost-effective well intervention activities to optimize oil and gas production and injection.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare well intervention programs for slickline, coiled tubing, pumping, and other well intervention activities.
- Coordinate well intervention operations with Production, Petroleum Engineering, offshore teams, and contractors.
- Ensure all activities comply with HSE policies, procedures, and ALARP requirements.
- Plan personnel, equipment, and materials required for offshore operations.
- Coordinate the mobilization and shipment of equipment and materials to offshore locations.
- Monitor offshore operations and ensure activities are carried out according to approved programs.
- Review daily operational reports and monitor Non-Productive Time (NPT).
- Manage and monitor well intervention-related contracts and contractor performance.
- Assess operational risks and ensure appropriate mitigation and contingency measures are in place.
- Participate in operational and coordination meetings as required.
- Capture and document lessons learned and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate well intervention programs, reports, and documentation.
- Provide feedback on contractor performance and support service quality reviews.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 15 years of oil & gas experience, with at least 3 years of offshore experience.
- Strong knowledge of well intervention operations, including Slickline, Coiled Tubing, pumping, and well treatments.
- Good knowledge of well completion and workover equipment.
- Experience in equipment planning, mobilization, and offshore logistics.
- Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Fluent in English.
- IWCF Level 4 certification preferred/required.
