Job Responsibilities:-
Supervision: Lead and coordinate plumbing and fire fighting teams on construction sites.
Technical Oversight: Oversee the layout and installation of pipes, fixtures, sprinklers, pumps, and related equipment.
Code Compliance: Ensure all work strictly adheres to relevant local, national, and international codes (e.g., NFPA, IPC) and project specifications.
Safety: Implement and enforce safety regulations and protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.
Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to verify the quality of materials, workmanship, and system functionality.
Scheduling & Coordination: Manage the work schedule to meet project milestones and coordinate activities with other trades and project managers.
Problem-Solving: Address and resolve technical issues, conflicts, and design discrepancies that arise during installation.
Material Management: Assist in managing site materials and equipment, ensuring they are available and stored properly.
Training: Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to team members on best practices and safety procedures.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of progress, materials used, and inspections, preparing reports for site supervisors and management.
