Role Description

• Develop and implement wellness programs and interventions to encourage positive lifestyle choices

• Provide one-on-one coaching sessions to People Managers

• Facilitate training sessions on resilience, stress management, nutrition, fitness, and work-life balance

• Build a community of wellness champions/first aiders

• Create and administer surveys, analyze feedback, and recommend actions

• Collaborate with wellness partners/vendors to deliver high-quality services

• Undertake risk analyses and ensure regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, health promotion, fitness, or related field

• Qualified Counsellor with corporate wellness experience preferred

• Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)

• Previous experience in the BPO industry is highly valued

• Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and active listening

• Skilled in data analysis, reporting, and MS Office Suite

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and build trust across teams
