Role Purpose
The Lease Operations Supervisor is responsible for directing and overseeing all field operational activities required to safely and efficiently produce hydrocarbons, ensuring compliance with Company standards and UAE regulatory frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct, coordinate, and supervise daily production operations.
- Supervise company operators, contract operators, and production specialists.
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards and UAE regulations.
- Mentor field personnel, support training, and conduct performance evaluations.
- Work with engineering and field teams to meet production and LOE targets.
- Coordinate quarterly well performance reviews.
- Lead failure frequency minimization efforts and facilitate failure data capture.
- Oversee production reporting and administrative workflows.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of oil & gas production operations experience (10+ preferred).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and computer skills.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Proficient in production operations and reporting.
- Experience with well performance analysis and workover/recompletion recommendations.
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
- UAE Driving License is a MUST (must have held for 6 months)
