Teleperformance is hiring a WFM Scheduling Analyst.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical candidate to join our Workforce Management team. The role focuses on creating and managing employee schedules, supporting operational needs, and helping optimize productivity across projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and manage employee schedules based on operational requirements
• Monitor staffing needs and schedule coverage
• Coordinate with managers regarding workforce planning and scheduling updates
• Support database updates and scheduling accuracy
• Assist with training schedules and project allocation
• Collaborate with different departments to support operational efficiency
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the department
Requirements:
• Fluency in English
• 2+ years of experience in Contact Centers, Shared Services, or related industries
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
