Job Description

As a WhatsApp Support Representative at our leading outsourcing firm, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service through WhatsApp. Your primary responsibility will be to assist clients by addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless communication experience. RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Engage with customers via WhatsApp to provide prompt and accurate responses to inquiries.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively while maintaining high standards of service.
  • Document interactions and feedback in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve more complex queries and complaints.
  • Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance service delivery and customer experience.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Proven experience in customer support or a similar role, preferably in the outsourcing industry.
  • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely via WhatsApp.
  • Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems.
  • Ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously and manage time effectively.
