Key Responsibilities
Achieve volume, distribution, and visibility targets.
Build and manage strong relationships with wholesalers and distributors.
Monitor market trends and competitors activities.
Ensure perfect execution of trade marketing plans.
Collect and analyze sales data to improve performance.
Coach and develop the team to meet KPIs.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in FMCG sales, especially in wholesale channels.
Previous experience in Alexandria market is a strong plus.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Valid driving license.
