Job Summary
The Wi-Fi Network Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, operating, and supporting enterprise wireless and access network solutions. The role involves working in multi-vendor environments, ensuring high availability, performance, security, and scalability of Wi-Fi and access networks.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, configure, and maintain enterprise Wi-Fi and access network infrastructures.
- Operate and support wireless controllers, access points, and switching environments.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot wireless, switching, and access-related issues.
- Implement and support FTTH and GPON access networks.
- Configure and manage captive portals, authentication, and access control systems.
- Utilize network monitoring and management platforms to ensure service availability.
- Perform network optimization, capacity planning, and performance tuning.
- Support network upgrades, expansions, and technology migrations.
- Ensure compliance with network security, quality, and operational standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare technical documentation, procedures, and operational reports.

Qualifications
