Wireless Platform Operations Manager
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Wireless Platform Operations Manager to oversee the operational management, optimization, and security of enterprise wireless and network infrastructure across UAE and international locations. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in enterprise-grade wireless technologies and the ability to ensure high availability, performance, and compliance of network environments. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining operational excellence, managing stakeholder expectations, and driving continuous service improvements.
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor's Degree (B.Tech / BE) in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- CCIE Wireless (Mandatory / Highly Preferred)
- ITIL v4 or ITIL v3 Certification
- Preferred certifications: Palo Alto, FortiGate, Huawei, Ruckus, Meraki
Experience Requirements
- 510 years of hands-on experience managing and maintaining large enterprise network environments
- Strong operational experience in multi-site enterprise infrastructure
- Candidate must be currently present in the UAE
- Valid UAE driving license required
- Ability to provide 8x5 onsite support with on-call availability during non-business hours and weekends

Key Responsibilities
The Wireless Platform Operations Manager will be responsible for supporting and managing enterprise LAN, WAN, and wireless infrastructure across UAE and international sites (remote support for global locations). The role includes ensuring optimal network performance, security posture, and availability while proactively identifying and mitigating operational risks.
Key responsibilities include:
- Deploying, administering, and optimizing wireless network infrastructure, including access points and controllers
- Designing wireless heatmaps and improving network coverage
- Performing proactive monitoring, log analysis, and responding to SOC alerts to prevent service disruption
- Coordinating with SOC teams for wireless device configuration management and security compliance
- Troubleshooting wireless and wired infrastructure issues, including coverage and performance challenges
- Executing end-to-end wired and wireless infrastructure deployment for new projects
- Managing incident, change, and problem management processes in alignment with ITIL standards
- Performing vulnerability management and supporting internal/external audits
- Conducting risk assessments and recommending infrastructure upgrades
- Preparing operational and performance reports for stakeholders
- Developing and executing service improvement and optimization plans
